Lead Generation Specialist


Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting research, and effectively communicating with potential clients. The role will also involve sales-related activities and collaborating with the team to drive business growth.


• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (email, phone, social media).
• Qualify leads to ensure they fit our target customer profile.
• Reach out to potential customers and introduce our Zoho Automation and Integration Services
• Followup Existing Customers of our Extensions in Zoho Marketplace
• Schedule demos with qualified leads for our sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM (Zoho).


Strong skills in lead generation and creating new leads
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients
Experience in sales and ability to pitch products/services
Research skills to identify potential leads and market trends
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
