Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by engaging prospects, showcasing the value of our Zoho extensions, and converting interest into lasting client relationships. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our leads—responsible for demos, consultations, outreach, and driving conversions through strategic communication.This role blends sales, customer education, and marketing-ideal for someone who enjoys tech-driven conversations, relationship-building, and creating personalized experiences for potential clients.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Conversion

∙ Product Demos

Conduct demos of our Zoho extensions to showcase value and use cases.

Tailor presentations based on business size, industry, and specific needs.

∙ Consultations

Hold discovery calls and consultations to understand client challenges and recommend relevant Zoho solutions and services (automation, integration, and customization).

Assist clients in identifying opportunities to enhance their Zoho setup.

∙ Customer Follow-Up

Create structured follow-up plans to nurture interested leads and re-engage cold ones.

Maintain warm relationships with prospects and ensure timely communication.

Lead Generation & Outreach

∙ Email Outreach

Craft and send personalized outreach emails to prospects using email marketing tools.

Develop automated sequences to nurture leads and move them down the sales funnel.

∙ Cold & Warm Prospecting

Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Utilize tools like Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and web scraping tools to build lead lists.

∙ CRM Management

Maintain detailed lead and client records within our CRM.

Track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently.


 

Marketing & Campaign Support

∙ Email Campaigns for Engagement

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted email campaigns for both prospects and existing users.

Share relevant case studies, updates, offers, and educational content to increase engagement and conversions.

∙ Online Demo’s

Assist in providing client demos, and consultations through email, LinkedIn, and partnerships.

Help generate leads through virtual events and workshops.

∙ Feedback Collection

Gather insights from demo attendees and prospects to improve offerings and messaging.

Report recurring questions or concerns to the product and marketing teams.

Requirements

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

∙ 2–4 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or B2B SaaS sales.

∙ Excellent presentation and communication skills—verbal and written.

∙ Comfortable running product demos and client consultations.

∙ Experience with email marketing tools (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, etc.).

∙ Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Zoho extensions is a big plus.

∙ Strong organization and follow-up skills.

∙ A self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
