Job Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns targeting our existing customer base who have installed our Zoho extensions. Your primary goal will be to engage these customers, educate them on the value of our Zoho consultancy, automation, and integration services, and convert them into loyal clients. You will use your expertise in email marketing to create personalized, segmented email campaigns that drive results.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing:
– Audience Segmentation:
– Segment customers based on install date, extension type, usage level, business size, and industry.
– Create targeted email lists to ensure relevant communication.

– Campaign Planning & Execution:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy focused on converting existing Zoho extension users into service clients.
– Plan and execute a series of personalized email campaigns, including welcome emails, educational content, service highlights, exclusive offers, and follow-up communications.
– Use Zoho Campaigns or similar tools to automate email sequences and optimize campaign delivery.

– Content Creation:
– Write compelling and personalized email content that resonates with different customer segments.
– Craft engaging subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
– Collaborate with the design team to ensure email templates are visually appealing and consistent with our brand identity.

– Testing & Optimization:
– Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and sending times to optimize email performance.
– Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
– Continuously refine email marketing strategies based on performance metrics and customer feedback.

– Monitoring & Reporting:
– Track key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
– Provide regular reports to the marketing team with actionable insights for future campaigns.

– Customer Engagement & Follow-Up:
– Develop follow-up strategies for customers who do not engage with initial emails.
– Conduct surveys and gather feedback to better understand customer needs and refine messaging.

– Ongoing Value Delivery:
– Manage a monthly newsletter featuring industry insights, updates on extensions, and information about our Zoho services.
– Organize and promote webinars or workshops to educate customers on optimizing their Zoho setup.

Lead Generation:
– LinkedIn Outreach:
– Develop and implement a LinkedIn lead generation strategy to connect with potential clients, particularly those in target industries.
– Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to identify and reach out to decision-makers.
– Engage with prospects through personalized messages, content sharing, and networking activities.

– Social Media Marketing:
– Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to create brand awareness and generate leads.
– Create and post engaging content that drives traffic to landing pages and lead magnets.
– Monitor social media channels for potential leads and engage with prospects.

– Content Marketing & SEO:
– Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-optimized blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies that attract and convert leads.
– Promote content through email campaigns and social media to drive lead generation.

– Webinars & Events:
– Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and workshops to showcase the value of our services.
– Generate leads by promoting these events through email, social media, and partnerships with industry organizations.

– Lead Nurturing & Conversion:
– Develop a lead nurturing strategy to move prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to conversion.
– Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 2-4 years of experience in email marketing and lead generation, preferably in the SaaS or B2B technology space.
– Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
– Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
– Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization techniques, and CRM systems.
– Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
– Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data.
– Familiarity with Zoho products and services is a plus.
