Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications to meet business requirements.
Architect Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and maintainable system architectures.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to best practices.
Optimize Performance: Analyze and optimize system performance, debugging issues, and implementing solutions.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve existing systems and processes.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Java SE and Java EE.
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team.

- Availability to work on-site or remotely as needed.
