We are looking for a Product Manager who combines a solid understanding of CRM systems with the ability to lead innovative SaaS and AI products from strategy to launch.
Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for SaaS and AI-powered solutions, with CRM as a core focus
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver scalable and user-friendly products
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in SaaS and AI-driven CRM products
Translate customer and business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories
Prioritize product features and manage backlog for timely and high-impact releases
Define KPIs and track adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction
Support go-to-market strategies and work closely with sales and marketing teams on product positioning
Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or software products
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and their business applications
Familiarity with AI in SaaS (automation, analytics, predictive modeling, or generative AI)
Experience working with Agile development teams and tools (e.g., Jira, Zoho Projects, Trello)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate across teams
